Pension credit & NI credit & mortgage

Do you automatically get NI credits when you are on PC?
Is there mortgage interest help when on PC?
If someone is getting a pension above the single person JSA rate i.e. they get pension totalling lets say £400 a month...........Is it always going to be the case that you will get nothing on JSA? Or are there any types of pensions which do not count (will not be deducted), such as war pension?
If you are (or would be) entitled to PC and you choose to claim JSA is the JSA paid at the same rate that you would have got on PC i.e £137 pw for a single person? or is it just standard rate JSA i.e. £67 pw ?
Is Bereavement benefit deducted from JSA?
Is Bereavement benefit deducted from PC?
All of these questions are just to establish....
If you are entitled to either JSA or PC is there ever going to be a scenario where it is in your better interests to claim JSA?
I can think of one scenario, you have a partner who has a pension almost or more than PC would pay you then you would be better on JSA conts, but according to previous post you can claim JSA Conts whilst on PC anyway.

not sure about the pension on jsa, if you are on income based jsa you cannot claim Pension Credit as it the same benefit, if you receive contribution jsa then you can claim Pension Credit but it will be deducted as income off the pension credit. bereavement benefit and jsa - not sure but again would be classed as income for pension credit and deducted off the applicable amount.0
