Exel parking fine

hello all, i have looked through all the posts and im almost sure i will ignore my letter but just need some reasurance as i did not see my letter in the sticky posts. bassicly i was driving my car through my town when it started making a noise so instead of parking on yellow lines to check car i pulled onto the nearest carpark, after looking at car and realising the problem i went on my way but few weeks later i got letter with 2 small pictures of my car front and back it has the charge and £100 £60 if setteld earlly, it says that there was signs stating the fines but to be honest i was to busy worrying about my car at time. should i ignore this letter is this right thing to do.

Ignore Excel and the letters of empty threats.

It's not a Fine, it's an Invoice which is perfectly safe to ignore
