Hi,

Just a quick question here, I've sent the questionnaire claim form to lloyds tsb(address as per this website). My question is ,do they write to let you know they have received my claim form as i forgot to send it recorded post.

Hi Stuart

Yes, they would normally write an acknowledgement letter which you should receive within a week or 2 after they received your complaint.

You can also email them on the below, if they don't get back today, they should do so by Monday I expect, good luck on your reclaiming.;)

I e-mailed them today (330pm) do they really get back to you that quick???

I emailed yesterday and they did get back to me today, so hope its the same for you, saying that it maybe Monday now if you emailed them today, good luck.;)
