Confused? Have I won item?

I bid on item last night however left it when I had still not met the reserve price.
This morning looked and item was under my ' didnt win' section with reserve not met under my bid.
However when i've looked at item on my iphone it's under 'didn't win' still but says 'you have not paid for item' and 'pay with paypal' 'leave feedback' only says this on my phone not my laptop.
I'm confused as I didnt meet the reserve and it only says pay for item on my phone? and its still under my 'didnt win' has the seller given me the choice to buy now at my bid price? or do I have to pay, no choice?

This is puzzling. iphone glitch?
check again on your laptop for latest.
If laptop says both didn't win and pay now, contact eBay customer support for an explanation.0
