Haha.... damn right Have owned outright since Sept 2009, however I'm of the firm belief that high prices are a cancer on society, they have sucked money out of the economy, handing it to banks who've squandered it.0 -

Thanks for the welcome guys, I do read the forum still quite a bit, but don't really have the motivation to post much nowadays... two reasons for this.
Firstly I do believe that you have to have some vested interest in either house prices rising or falling to post the amount some posters do.. and that includes myself in the past.... but they just don't mean that much too me anymore.
Secondly, just too busy living life outside in the real world.... actually I lie a bit there Facebook has me kinda hooked, but I do like to get out a lot, on the motorbike, pushbike, gym... going out with mates... seeing girls..

So much doom and gloom on these boards. I look at what the human race has achieved over the last 100 years or so and see how we adapt. Sure, resources are finite but we will find a way around these problems. Debt will be paid back (at least most of it) and life will go on, I'm certainly no optimist but these boards take pessimism to a whole new level at times!0
