I have just received an email from the PR company not sure now whether I should remove my facebook post?;

I am so sorry for this I thought my colleague had contacted you and updated you on the situation.
We have chased Thorpe Park/Merlin for the 2nd pass as there should have been two. We were only ever told we could have two standard tickets so I apologise for the miscommunication on this and we will refund the difference between the cost of the passes. I will get you an update this afternoon on 2nd pass.
Apologies again Rachel but I shall be in touch this afternoon.

Leave your facebook comment (but maybe add a bit saying you hope to hear this afternoon but are still annoyed by delay) and see what gets said this afternoon and hopefully they will sort it for you. A little confused though as you said you have won Premium Merlin Passes and their email is stating two standard tickets, which is quite different??Think it's about time the comping fairy remembered where I am! lol0 -

I think it means that Whats on TV was only ever going to get standard passes and shouldn't have put premium passes as a prize. To rectify this they are going to give redstararnie76 the difference in the cost between the two in cash.
I'd ask them to contact The Merlin Group and ask if you can upgrade the passes using the cash, if that's what you want. Make them do the work and leave the post on facebook until you are happy.0 -
if you did the comp from here you can always look in games over and see if its still there
