    I am so sorry for this I thought my colleague had contacted you and updated you on the situation.

    We have chased Thorpe Park/Merlin for the 2nd pass as there should have been two. We were only ever told we could have two standard tickets so I apologise for the miscommunication on this and we will refund the difference between the cost of the passes. I will get you an update this afternoon on 2nd pass.

    Apologies again Rachel but I shall be in touch this afternoon.

    Leave your facebook comment (but maybe add a bit saying you hope to hear this afternoon but are still annoyed by delay) and see what gets said this afternoon and hopefully they will sort it for you. I too would be asking for them for next season as the current ones end soon

    Definately ask for next season - it's the least they should give you. Shy bairns get nothing so don't be scared to ask - it's your win at the end of the day.

    A little confused though as you said you have won Premium Merlin Passes and their email is stating two standard tickets, which is quite different??
    Think it's about time the comping fairy remembered where I am! lol

    Your daughter needs to get updated news too (simplified perhaps), so she can see things don't run smoothly even for adults. And so she knows who or what is causing the delay.

    I think it means that Whats on TV was only ever going to get standard passes and shouldn't have put premium passes as a prize. To rectify this they are going to give redstararnie76 the difference in the cost between the two in cash.

    I'd ask them to contact The Merlin Group and ask if you can upgrade the passes using the cash, if that's what you want. Make them do the work and leave the post on facebook until you are happy.
