Do you want All Inclusive? If so I can recommend Lara Beach. Me and the hubby stayed at WOW Topkapi palace for our honeymoon, it was lovely and the beach was gorgeous. However if you are after any out of hotel night life it isn't the place for you0

Have a look at Bitez on the Bodrum Peninsula. The beach isn't completely sandy, more a mix or sand and shingle but it is still very nice. It is a fairly small resort with some nice small hotels and good SC apartments, plenty of restaurants and a few bars and shops. The beach front is completely pedestrianised and the resort is flat, making it good for yout little one.
It is about 45 minutes rive from the airport, so no long transfer, and is 15 minutes by bus to Bodrum.
I used to live in Bodrum when my daughter was a baby and I would take her to the beach in Bitez. It is a very family friendly resort.0
