in terms of pursuing the administrators of the liquidised company, any ideas? how do i find out who they are in the first place to contact them?

Hi, there is a number for the liquidation company, 02085017834. Unfortunately, I've just spoken to them and they said that although I have a right to claim a refund, I won't be getting any money back. Apparently there will not be anything left after paying all the creditors. You can still call them and get a claim form for what its worth!0

Thank you. I have asked my bank (barclays) about chargeback as i used a debit card and the noises they are making are positive. They are sending forms out to me to fill in. will post the results here.0

Thought I needed to go to the bank today to deposit some some funds and stay in the black. Imagine my suprise when I saw that I had been refunded my Dr Spa Fish money!!! HARRAH AND HAZAR!
Basically i had contacted barclays a few weeks ago, told them how dr spa fish had gone into liquidation blah blah blah. they sent me forms that i had to fill in to get chargeback.
I had to provide evidence but this forum amongst other things provided me plenty of evidence and i still had my recipt.
i paid by direct debit via paypal last summer!! i did also have to call the liquidators using the number above, and they were very helpful.
Good luck everyone0
