Fed up of Lloyds TSB now

I've just emailed the CEO a very long email detailing: my history with their company; the fact my first complaint was ignored; the time taken to respond to my complaint; the fob off's that I have received from his company; the lack of communication given to me on each and every phone call; and the fact my refund still hasn't materialised.

I have given him 7 days to respond, and told him if he doesn't then he will be charged my daily rate for each and every letter/call I have to make to come to a conclusion.

Hopefully this will get his attention, I'm disgusted with their customer service, I've been with their company since I was 8 years old.

Will keep you posted.

I sypmpathise but Lloyds have got over 100,000 PPI complaints at the moment so you can only be patient.

They are only obliged to refund your PPI premiums along with the 8% interest, dont expect a penny more.
  • I haven't asked him for a penny more. I have let him know the way his customers are being treated, people on these forums. The fob offs that we are being given and how one department is saying one thing, another is saying something completely different. My first complaint was completely ignored by their company, so I had to complain about complaining.

Noone on here seems to know when they are going to be being paid. So I simply asked him how he thought this was acceptable for a multi-national financial institution.

You wouldn't return an item on the high street and expect them to say "oh we have no idea when the refund will go onto your card" so why should we be being told it by the banks?
