Where can I find the address to send a letter for cancellation? Ive just been doing DH's banking and discovered he is paying £15 a month:eek:
We reclaimed PPI on a loan 2 years ago and won (currently waiting to hear on a second one) and I told him then to cancel the PPI on the credit card then!I could kick him.
Should I have him cancel the PPI and go ahead and send a SAR for the original contract?(Is it worth trying to claim?) or should I just have him cancel?
When thy acknowledge our last loan questionnaire, they said they now have 16 weeks to respond (so 19 november I can follow up),do they have the same time frame to respond to CC PPI?

If he is paying £15 a month then he's got a monthly PPI, which there is nothing wrong with as long as its suitable and eligible for it.

Thanks for that. I think I recall saying something about it way back which is likely to be the reason I just told him to cancel it...would you happen to know where we would send a cancellation letter to?If he is paying £15 a month then he's got a monthly PPI, which there is nothing wrong with as long as its suitable and eligible for it.
