Hi.
Is there any way I can re-download a trial version of some software. Witout paying for the full product.
I recently downloaded this unique program that I really need, but the free-trial has expired. How culd I go about getting another free trial?
Replies appreciated!

If you do this, you'll almost certainly put yourself in breach of licence. If you want to use something, pay for it.

I don't see the words 'breach of licence' or 'theft' in that domain name.
Using software in breach of the licence is no different to using counterfeit software. My signature has been removed by the authorities. If you have been affected by the issues raised in this signature, please contact the Action Line on 1-800-THEY-NICKED-MY-SIG.0 -
I agree with jmarko. If you find a piece of software really useful and there is no free alternative then you should buy it.0

It won't work, you'll either have to completely re-install windows on your PC or........................ actually pay for the useful software someone has spent their time and effort writing.0

Unlikely.
Usually, when you install a programme it adds entries to the registry. Even if you uninstall and reinstall, the registry entries will still be there, and so will 'tell' the programme that your free trial has expired.
Anyway, do a google search. You MAY find a freeware version that does the job for you, or you may find that you can continue to use the programme for free without all of its functionality.
Anyway, if it is that good, don't you think the developer should be allowed to earn a living?0 -
May be if you tell us what the software is, or what you need to do, people might be able to suggest a free alternative.0

I forgot to say, it is technically possible to edit your registry and remove all traces that the programme had ever been installed before. However, don't even think of this unless you know exactly what you are doing -- one little mistake could completely disable your computer.0
