All my beans expired on 31 Dec 06 having collected them for ages. When I rang cust serv they said send them anyway we may/may not accept them. However, I'm not prepared to send them without knowing they'll defo be accepted, has anyone else experienced this?

for the price of a stamp it would surely be worth trying?
Something similar happened to me with PG Tips, I just sent a short note of explanation and was no problem.Saving money right, left and centre0 -
Thanks. It's not the price of the stamp, but the postage that I have to send as they told me that they would send a postage credit voucher back against future rewards if they chose not to accept the beans.0

Contact them by email - address available when you log in. Their site was down before Christmas which presented problems for claiming on the beans due to expire by end December 06.

HELP!
Been collecting beans for a while now and finally want to order rewards...
When I click on "Request Collector Card" it brings up a box saying,
"There seems to be a problem accessing the NESCAFÉ pick-me-ups site. Please try again later. If the problem persists, you should contact pick-me-ups@uk.nestle.com"
(even when pop ups are enabled it gives me the same error)...
So next I try... "If you are unable to print your card, click here..." for them to send me a card but... it brings up the same error!!
I have tried emailing the email address shown twice in a week and no answer.
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!
Anyone have a clue? Please
The t&c now say expiry 2007 so it's not that... Argh!!!
P.S. Tried several times a day for a week. Frustrated? U betcha!
