doesnt really matter about location as a decent solicitor can do everything by email for you to print off and sign etc anybody can witness docs ( so long as it isnt family member)
we are using a solicitor in a different part of the country to where we live as the firm were best we ever dealt during our last sale ( the sale took 5 weeks and i received an eamil every working day to update me:eek: )
this time they managed to get exchange within 14 working days of seeing the property and we had to arrange a mortgage in that time
good luck having been previuosly been married to a solicitor and bought and sold 12 times I know the vast majority should be shot
good luckI found my eutopia tee hee I live in canada yeehaa!0
