This cake sold out very quickly when it was on offer last year. No surprise - an excellent cake!

Best before dates on the puddings 15 February 2012 and the cakes 27 January 2012.

If it's the same recipe as last year then yes, it does. Also lots of fruits, nuts and alcohol. I never got round to eating mine at the time so I've still got it, but with all the booze in it it will have kept
    just fine.
    It should be nicely matured.

Thanks, Looks like the Morrisons Rich Fruit Xmas Pudding for me this year, it is really hard to find a xmas pud with no glace cherries in them.

Don't mind cherries but can't stand nuts and I find its almost impossible to get a nut free one.

I was wondering if I would find a nut free one, my daughter is allergic to nuts, looks like I'll be making ours!

    Luxury Christmas Pudding:

"A delicious mix of plump vine fruits, juicy glace cherries and walnuts, laced with brandy, rum and port"

Best before dates on the puddings 15 February 2012 and the cakes 27 January 2012. The puddings will be fine for several months after that, but the cakes are best eaten by Easter. Not that they're likely to last that long in this house. :)
