I thought it was a mickey take to be honest and probably the best Christmas card from the MS companies I've received. I found it amusing!

I certainly hope it was meant to be! :D Made me chuckle too :)

I've done a load of purchase + return where you get both the purchase and the return fee (and base survey fee) but obviously you get the money back for the item too. I have one purchase only survey. There's nowhere to input any receipt details, or indicate the price of the purchase, so my strongest suspicion is that it's fee only. Most of the sites I've been allocated for the refunds have something like shoelaces that can be bought quite cheaply. Of course, I assume you can return the item - it certainly doesn't say you can't - and most websites offer free, or very low cost, returns, so even taking that out of your fee you'll still be in profit.

Thanks for the info about BARE.

On another note I'm pretty sure samtastic was not making light of the difficulties experienced by alcoholics. I'd like to think most of us on this forum are able to have a laugh that isn't at the expense of others.

Am sure too, but just think at this time of year it's pretty insensitive, as alcohol is seriously abused at this time of year over and above general levels and also levels of domestic abuse also peek too, which tie in with the levels of increased alcohol intake.

we can all sympathise with anyone plight with alcohol. But I honestly think the "joke2 was not about the AA's work, but the image of AmberArch being a tad useless/ineffective, if I have read the thread wrong. At no more did the comments reflect negatively on their work and I do not believe offence was meant. Whilst you may feel strongly on this subject, and you have made your point, I do not thing its right to carry on this complaint over a genuine misunderstanding.

    peace to you and yours....

At what point did anyone make light of the work that the AA does? It was clearly a light hearted poke at Amber....

I'm sorry, but this has to be the biggest over reaction to a comment I have ever seen.

It was a light hearted comment about two companies with the same initials.

From your outburst I can only imagen that you've experienced something which has made you very overly sensitive on this issue.
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!
