Ive done quite well on ebay in previous years selling on an operation with sound effects and guess who when they are on sale in the clients store, but thought id get something for my niece this time and the competitor had a 1/2 price item that fitted the bill. £2 paypal fee + loss in euroconversion could make me very glad to get bacs or at best cheque. will post when / if it arrives.

It will be interesting to see what they do when they remove the facility to be paid by cheque as they are intending to. They legally then cant financially penalise you for receiving payments via paypal as they are obliged to offer at least 1 method of payment which does not leave you out of pocket is my understanding.

has any one who has applied to do the counting jobs for the company that cant be named heard any thing?
was due to start tomorrow wasnt it ?

Didnt want to contact them as they are probably franticly trying to match up people to stores.

Just had an email from ABAi letting me know that payment is on the way for one of the petrol station jobs so hopefully others waiting will be getting their notification soon too.

I was informed by a bank that they are reversing this decision.

Edit to add if your talking about cheques being deleted (which I think you are) maybe...umm, unsure now lol

mm I thought he meant the company stopping paying by cheque as they offer paypal, to be fair some american based companies offer paypal only too

umm thats why i added the last bit. don't work for them so wasn't sure how to read it.
