Not sure what to do, it's going to take almost 2hours of my time and be a massive pain so if I'm not paid for it I won't be happy. Would you cancel it and write them off as a ms company?0

Any edinburgh folk online just now? Hows the weather?
leaving in 15 mins for a night out in Edinburgh. Wild winds down here. Same in Edin?
It is very lively here in West Lothian, can see the bridges from my place and it's a bit interesting. Just been collecting up the neighbours' wheelie bins and repatriating them. Blowing all over the street.0 -

I am sure this will not go unnoticed at head office….well that and the email they will get. I am sure it will not do the relationship any good between Bare and the jewellery company, assuming of course they don’t already know about it.
Whilst the jewellery company are not the ones subcontracting the last thing they will want is an association with anything negative.
My belief is that any agreement between Bare and me has been broken by them not providing payment within the timescales they set out. I also believe this frees me from their none disclosure clause so will be taking it down that route if the money is not forthcoming by tomorrow as per their email to spender.
Also just for clarity I did not imply Helion and Bare were linked anymore, someone else seemed to think they were and I was just pointing out the relationship as I remember it. I have no problem with Helion and do not consider them the same as Bare.
Not sure if you know but Bare has a very public facebook page!0 -
When was the last time anyone was paid by Bare? And what month were those jobs carried out? Really worried I won't get paid for the jewellery jobs now and I've given them as gifts.0

Just read the Facebook page...looks like no one has been paid for jobs since October, everyone is complaining about missed payments!0 -

Catalyst do a toy shop which has a nursery section. Pick up the torso shop from GR too, for some treats to spoil the mum to beAnd bag all the supermarket jobs going and stock up on nappies/baby food. The general store on Abai would be good for baby toiletries too.
I've been identified in the only one of those stores close to me. No idea how but one of their former employees now works in our call centre and told one of the team leaders he knew I was an MSer so I'm avoiding it for a bit.
Been doing the rest already and stocking upBoredupnorth wrote: »I have no problem returning the product for something different, simply so that I can explain exactly why I am returning it to the store. Have only had to threaten to do this previously and its worked very well.

That was my thinking too.

If they are seen to have breached the contract between parties, both parties are freed from ALL contractual obligations so thats about right. This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -

I think the more that post the more pressure they will feel to give us answers.0 -
Just spoke to catalyst asking me to do a toy shop competitor visit and I asked about due payments.
Was told their bookkeeper has been off sick but has now returned and started processing due payments over the past few days so all should be with people in next few
ps dont think they are any good for baby stuff, as most visits need batteries0
