I got one yesterday Spender, from Monica.

It was a query about reimbursement for a job I did the beginning of October.

This was her reply.

"We have a delay in our payment as we are changing the payout system.
At this moment I don't have a payout date.

I'm sorry for this delay.

DP I posted a letter a few days ago stating that payments would be made by the 9th! I have also received an email stating end December. Because there is no consistent timescale I honestly believe that they are in deep trouble. Lets hope not!

2. There was a query on my report which I did.............on the 12th November. The query was basically why didn't the assisgnment show me any products, but when it said in the 'important information' “Locate the product you are to enquire about, browse the display and give buying signals.”

And the cut off date for December is on the 8th - which means I probably won't get paid again. Unless they cancel my report altogether! :mad::mad::mad::(:(:(

Stick to your guns greenie, assuming you have the notes stored somewhere, digitally or otherwise quote the exact instructions and they'll not have a leg to stand on.

I stopped doing reimbursement jobs for them a while ago but would like payment for my October job I have to admit.

Oh dear messed up a restaurant assignment today, just realised my friend ordered a main from the wrong menu

I'm sure RE will notice and I'll have a dreaded query waiting for me in the morning, that's a few quid down the drain for an overpriced meal boooo!

I'm with you there spender, I picked up a few jobs with improved fees to cover mileage etc., could REALLY do with them not being lost.

It wasn't RE, it was Retail Maxim. I've kept it all. This was the first assignment with them, and I don't think I'll do another one if this is how they are going to act.

I've done four with Amber Arch and they have been good so far.

I cancelled one today with RE because the reimbursement was so small for the purchase!

Not done enough to know what they are like really. They seemed ok to me.

They've approved me for several jobs but cut the fee from what I applied at so I told them to stuff it. Not done a single job for them.

Argh I have a test for a GFK job that I can't get right. Have two similar jobs but the tests are very slightly different and there's obviously something I am misinterpreting from the briefing notes as have passed one and not the other. Job isn't until Friday but I would like to be able to pass the thing tonight.

I am new to retail eyes and wondered if anyone would be kind enough to let me know where I can upload my photos in the report. I have completed it and checked all sections are completed but can see nowhere to upload files. Thank you
