No, RA. I wouldn't even walk past a shop to see if its open for that fee, let alone do an audit!!0 -

yeh I said they were definitely not audits as the brief says youre not allowed to use that word at all or may get asked to leave...dont know why though, as no other store, including countless fake overt (that were actually covert competitor audits) ive done have ever queried me or asked me to leave.0 -
Has anyone used the distance selling regs (and getting original postage cost refunded) when returning the tv shopping channel item? Not sure if it's allowed or not.0

They wouldn't refund the postage for me even though I sent them several emails and copies of the distance selling regs. They are swines. I really lost out last time as I had to order several items the same but a different colour and they charged me for individual postage for each item and refused to refund it. Never again. Beware, the fee might look good but the postage is high, which you need to deduct from the fee and then you have to post the item/s back. Sometimes not worth the hassle. I won't do them now.0 -
i have quoted them loads on edig surveys and always got a refund. annoying when i return to the store and they will only do the item price. i just email after and get it refunded. just make sure you email or write within 7 working days of getting the product as you need to cancel in writing:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0

Beware the shopping channel. They go by their own rules and won't budge. I also think its ridiculous they charge nearly £4 for postage per item, even if its 3 vests in different colours, that's nearly £12 postage. Daylight robbery!0
