I can see phone jobs on TNS, but I'm not allowed to do them. I have emailed to ask to be allowed, is this the right procedure? Or should I be doing something online?

Only peep I've had is FT with trailer checks. For some reason they won't raise my invoice as they say they haven't had my starter form, which I sent months ago. Sigh.

I have another q - for GFK petrol, it seems to say that you have to time from dispensing petrol to paying. Does this mean you have to get petrol, queue and pay, then pay for something in the shop, or would you get petrol, select your shop items, and then pay all together? Just that it seems unfair for them to include your shop browsing time in it if it's the latter.
