I have no assets all I have is a car which I need to be able to work as my job is 18.9 miles away and there is no transport to and from where I live that covers my working hours.
Also the car was bought by mum mum who took out a loan for it. Included in the rent I give her each month includes the loan repayment.
My working hours are two weeks of days
Tuesday-6-1
Wednesday 6-2
Thursday 6-4
Friday 1-8
Saturday 6-10
Working hours for two weeks of nights are
Monday 6-2
Tuesday 1-10
Wednesday 2-12
Thursday 4-3
Could any of my creditors try and take the car? its worth about 3k

I doubt they will take the car. You need it to get to work, and whose shifts aren't easily covered by public transport. So ... no car = no job = no money for the creditors.0

Hello Greenbrucelee,
Totally agree with Foggybrain, if you can't get to work then you can't pay your creditors. If the car was worth alot more then you may have a different outcome.Never make assumptions always ask questions>>>>>;)0
