Hi, received a letter today from Jubilee Service Solutions telling me that as the underwriters of the insurance, they were not party to the sales process and are therefore unable to assist with the assessment of this miss-sale complaint. They are suggesting I contact FirstPLus, which i've already done and they were the ones who sent me to Ocean Finance, as per above.
This is their final response in the matter.
I am now going to go back to the FOS as I don't actually know where to go from here as no one is willing to take responsibility for selling the PPI in the first instance.
Can anyone offer any more help?

Hi We had same letter yesterday. WE started our claim in July 2009 against firstplus, went to FOS August 2009, who told us in August 2010 D4AL was who we should claim against. July 2011 case back to FOS who told us to take case to underwriter. Had letter yesterday underwriter saying its Firstplus. Do you think we do not have a course of redress?0
