Primus with Cashback??

Hello all,
Just signed up with Primus for phone and b/band and used cashback offer from Topcashback. This shaves about 6 quid a month off my bill which over the year at 72 quid is great for me.
I know it takes couple of hours for your topcashback acc to update any transactions made which i'm fine with, but there isn't a sniff of info on the cashback deal when you go through the primus sign up procedure. That cant be right can it??
I just noticed this in merchant notes:
PRIMUS SAVER CASHBACK can be earned simply by clicking through to the merchant and shopping online as normal.
Thats all good and well but how is one to know whether they're getting the offer and it's been applied if the merchant site doesn't have any mention of it.
Stuff like this really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It's enough to put punters off signing up for these deals.
Typically I'll have to wait and see if first direct debit is the right amount and start shouting at people (yet again!!)
RR:mad: GRRRRRR!!

It might be an idea to have a look on the forum re primus the service level they give end users seems to of gone down hill in the last few years.0

I've never had a merchant make any reference to the cashback when I click through vis Topcashback - it's always been recorded solely on the Topcashback page.0

If you've cleared your cookies first and then clicked through it should be OK. No reason for it to be shown once you have clicked through. If it doesn't track, contact TCB and they will raise a ticket with Primus. And God help them.No free lunch, and no free laptop
