No, its broken. If you look at the information returned it refers to the original request being time expired. I cannot believe your IT staff can't see the reason. If they can't they are hardly competent to programme Direct Debit seasonally weighted review calculations. IMO.

Hi DirectDebacle,

The table was just an example for this thread, for your guys.

I know you have a lot of interest in Direct Debits, but the majority of our customers are happy with the way we do things and don't need so much detail as you guys are asking for.

I am always happy to help as much as I can, answer threads and do my best to explain, but I think I have given as much information on the Direct Debit as I can.
