PLEASE sponsor me in the 2012 London Marathon
Options
Hi,
I know this is probably a bit cheeky asking but nothing ventured, nothing gained !
I'm not a runner by any means but I've secured a place in the 2012 London Marathon. I'm running for Arthritis Care. This is a cause important to me as my wife, Mandy, has suffered from severe arthritis since childhood. She's had numerous operations (and faces more in the future), has pins / staples in her feet and a metal elbow. She's been on daily steroids since the age of 9 (so about 25 yrs, and as I've been told - that's a LONG time to be taking steroids for). She also has to inject herself weekly.
By running, I hope to raise a bit of money towards helping people like Mandy get the support, advice and care that they need.
Please visit my page and if you have a quid or two to spare (less than the cost of pint !) then PLEASE sponsor me (and really, ANY amount will be hugely appreciated)

Thanks,
