    You misunderstand. I think the Govt is giving it away to those buying a kilo of silver. It is only in this way they can be sure it isn't falling into lizard hands.

    The bulls tend not to "do" economy.

    What a hopeless imcompetent moron Mervyn King is.

    Rates were kept too low for FAR too long during the disastrous boom in house price & now he comes out with comments like today's gem:

    "inflation will undershoot the 2% target in the medium term"


    In case no-one knew Mervyn King also has a sideline selling very expensive clocks. They're all broken & permanently say it's 4.00am. However he's absolutely confident that they'll be completely accurate at some point.
