TalkTalk/Uswitch Tesco Promotion

Hi, I recently took out the TalkTalk/Uswitch promotion that promised £60 tesco vouchers and was mentioned in th MSE weekly email a few weeks ago. I have heard nothing from anyone and after contacting TalkTalk have been told that no such promotion exists and that they have no record on my account of any promotion due. Did anyone else sign up and if so have you received your vouchers? Not sure where to go from here. Thanks.

Hi,

The voucher comes from a third party (so not from uSwitch or TalkTalk) and takes up to 60 days (from the date you got your sale email) to arrive.

If you want to chase it up, or you didn't get a sale email, there's an enquiry form here.

Hi Lauren

I hope you can help. I filled in the above form (from your link) and when they replied on 30th January they said that my email to claim my reward would arrive in the next few days as they had confirmed I was registered and confirmed on your system but unfortunately I still haven't received anything, voucher or email Please could you look into it for me.
