some of my Items ended 3/10, everyone has paid except one buyer, they have good fb over 600, sell themselves.
I don't want to come across as a pushy seller, But I just want to know if they are going to pay and when lol..
Shall I send them a message? What shall I say (how to word it)? Shall I leave it for a few more days?

Some buyers don't like too many messages.
eBay gives buyers 4 days to pay, then you can open a Non Payment case which gives the buyer a further 4 days to pay.
If you decide to open a case, you can send your buyer a polite message giving these timelines if you wish.
(No point in waiting for payment longer than 4 days really, unless you've agreed a payment date with your buyer)0 -

Some buyers don't like too many messages. I know, I don't like that.

If you decide to open a case, you can send your buyer a polite message giving these timelines if you wish. Wouldn't know how to word it, without sounding patronizing.

Thank you for that0 -
Thank you for that
Dear .......
As payment has not been received yet, eBay will open a payment not received case, which will give you a further four days to pay.
Thank you,
It's perfectly normal and not rude.
But if you don't want to communicate directly with your customers, and plenty don't, use the automatic unpaid item assistant, which takes care of the whole process for you.
You'll find it in Site preferences.
PS, eBay has automated all the aftersales messages like when you change status, they send a message to say 'your item is on it's way etc0 -

I wouldn't send a message if you don't know how to address your buyer, it might well come across as irritating, then you might have a problem.
Just start the dispute and keep it polite and perfunctory."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

I've never stirred up the hornet's nest that is an NPB, I've always just got on with the dispute. IMO they're not worth it."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4
