additional drivers claims

one question i've wondered is that when your adding additional drivers to your insurance, you have to declare any claims made. Now are these claims one they have made on their insurance driving their own car, or when driving your car only?

It is any claims (and incidents) they have had irrespective of who's insurance (if any) was involved.0
