PPI with All & Leic also life/home ins

Hi, can anyone help I was wondering if I could claim on PPI which was sold to me by All & Leic against my mortagage, I definetly think that I was mis sold this but also I had to have the companys they specified for my life and house insurance.Is this mis selling as surely you have the choice to go anywhere? Can anyone advise and do I go to All & leic or tot he individual insurance companies to claim? Thanks.
