Hi, basically I am asking advice on behalf of a friend, all I know is that she is running WIN XP on a desktop and here is the problem;
Basically if she presses 'shut down' on the PC, it will switch off but after it has , after about ten seconds the desktop restarts without her touching anything. The only way to reslolve this is to hold down the power button while the computer is on, this is the only way to stop it from turning on again.
Does anyone know what is causing her PC to restart itself?!
Thanks in advance!
