Looking for either a new laptop or netbook...

    But if you know what you are doing you can convert them to digital and store them on a portable usb hard-drive. You can also buy movies in digital format. Or, you can buy an external dvd drive for quite a small sum which is quite useful to have if the dvd drive on your main laptop dies, although to be honest I have one for my net book and I think I've used it once.

    I mostly do e-mails, Youtube, net surfing, watching DVDs, MB, surveys, Word & Excel documents.

    That's hardly a taxing workload.

    What is it that's wrong with the current laptop that makes you want to replace it?

    Ok, it got broken in an argument! - and the screen is shattered So looking for a replacement
