Nokia 6700s pics to laptop

Has anyone got a Nokia 6700s ? if so, I am stuck over something.
If I take a photo I am able to bluetooth it to my laptop, simply because there is a facility in settings.
If someone sends me a photo as a text message, when I look at options, there is no facility to send it via bluetooth. Currently I have placed the photo's in My Folders and note the word Multimedia on screen.
I've looked in the box and aside from the earphone cable and charger, there is another very sort cable with a usb at one end and connection which is not suitable for the phone, which is this,

So how can I transfer these and future pics sent via text to laptop please?

I've done it. There was a little flap after all, but it wasn't through that that I found how to do it, it was via settings and transferring pics to gallery where the bluetooth facility was lurkingThis is a system account and does not represent a real person.
