No I did it as a friend e-mailed me to tell me about it. I was then fascinated to know how it was done!

Yes this isn't a new thing at all... Prescott has been well and truly google-bombed, and totally deserves to be in my opinion! (but perhaps this isn't the right board for that!)

The amazing thing about these google-bombs is how long they last - I got e-mailed a similar thing for "French Military Victories" (without the quotes) over a year ago, and the joke site is STILL the number 1 search result today!

In fact the first 9 results aren't too good for the french if you google for French Military Victories - it illustrates how these things just reinforce each other over and over. Looks like Prescott will reign as fuc kwit for a good while yet!

Erm am I missing something here or linking to something you lot aren't cause what I'm reading should at least have a warning on...................call me a prude if you like but before you say "why did you click then".........................although the words used are swear words,it could of been linking into a pic of dolphins in party hats:eek:

ps,or at least make it clear not to put in....................*uck wit:o

Trafalgar - try putting in *uckwit as one word - NO spaces.

It aint a pretty sight, not dolphins in party hats, but no swear words on the resulting site. IF you do it right, no warnings necessary.
or at least make it clear not to put in....................*uck wit

As martin's original post says "(forgive the language, and obviously do it without the space)" :)

I gather from your post that you have some pre-conceived notion that I'm not a 'Super-web technie'. Wherever did you get that idea?? ;)

There is another one I know of. Type 'miserable failure' without the quotes and again click on i'm feeling lucky. Maybe it's true, who knows! Results again down to the number of times Google links to a certain site from a certain phrase...

Hope it made you smile at least :)
