Beneficial Finance address for claim?

Hi

can someone please clarify where I have to send my completed questionairre? I took a loan out with Beneficial Finance. The letters come from HFC bank and their PPI complains department on their website is

HFC Bank Limited,
PO Box 5207,
Coventry,
CV3 9FB


My friend at work who took out a loan with Beneficial as well said no wrong address as HSBC bought HFC Bank and that I should be sending it to HSBC Regulated Sales Complaints, 120 Redcliffe Quay, Redcliffe St Bristol BS1 6HU


I am now confused and dont want the paperwork to go to the wrong place.

Can anyone clarify the address for me please. Many thanks in advance

That is the address I used as well, for Endeavour Personal Finance, as HFC Bank deal with these too.

You say its the HFC address and then ask me to confirm it with a bloke from HSBC?
