suggestions of loan companies who offer self-certified loans (bad credit too)

OP sounds like an ideal customer and I'm sure any high street lender would gladly lend money to them.0

OP you may be able to get a loan depending on your circumstances, but I very much doubt you would get a self certified loan. Even if you are self employed and do not have your first years figures you should still be able to show projected income. Having equity in your home is a bonus but black marks on your credit record will work against you. In the end any loan company would look at your ability to pay and likelyhood of default.0
