Morning all,

The week has started well with a WEM from Banzo to say I have won a childrens book "Naughty Amelia Jane" :j. I had the Amelia Jane books when I was a little girl, so can't wait to read this to my daughter and bring back some childhood memories.

We have had an interesting weekend. On saturday night at 2am we were woken to find that the 12 foot high hedges around the neighbours house opposite us were on fire! :eek: The property is quite large, but luckily all the occupants (including children) got out of the house safe and well, And the fire brigade put out the fire before it reached their house thankfully.
I couldn't believe when I looked out of my window and saw a wall of flames, the road between us is narrow (just 2 car widths) So it was fairly close to us. But the firemen were great and it was completely out within 15 minutes.

A big :T to our local fire brigade and the local police who had to block the road and keep the nosey onlookers at bay.

Hi all

On our to ferry port, having to get hour later ferry as got caught in traffic on m25

I managed to do my dailies for today before we left. so that was handy.

quick advice needed
pleeeeaassse!
anyone advise me on insurance claims?
my roof is leaking ..so loft is leaking hence many ruined items that are irreplaceable
are they not claimable? memorabillia ...autographs photos

amongst other claimable items.... we are gutted!!
is there anyone or any thread on here with advice thanks
were safe & its a 30 second leak at the minute but council refusing to come out until tomorrow & there is flooding here its bucketing & forecast all night

Hope all is well,I have had a good day today,I have now got Matt Cardles album Letters,its brilliant.On my second listen now since It came this morning,It was a signed copy too so well happy.I personalised it with my name on too :rotfl: as there was room to put it under his signature without ruining it too much.

& i say is that ffiinnaattrraa!!! wow!
my bum is still very sore after 1yrs 1month & 15 days
physio didnt help so was told to re-register after a yr,
however bowel & bladder probs due to fall are still dreadful & i see consultant next week.
seemingly coccyx damge is here forever.
how are you missus x x x

Evening all. I turn my back on OH for ten miutes whilst I update my photo 365 challenge with the promise of watching a film when I was done and now he snoring his head off. Men!

No luck for me today, can't believe so far we haven't seen an MSE user win an iphone 4s from Dollops one day only comp. Thought we may have had at least one.
