CANNOT receive e-mails, but can send

I've noticed I haven't received any e-mails for about a week, plus I've been getting phone calls from friends asking why I haven't replied to their e-mails.

They state they keep receiving the following message when they send me an e-mail:

"The following message to [e-mail address] was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'RCPT TO:[e-mail address] Mailbox disk quota exceeded'

I have cleaned out all my folders and still I can't receive any. I can send them, but can't receive.

Any ideas please?

    One of the guesses though....
Your mailbox is full. If you receive them locally through something like Outlook Express, maybe they are not being deleted at the server end. You can check if you have a webmail service and can access your email that way.

More information needed for more educated guesses. Like is it on your own domain, or something like hotmail etc?
