Laura Ashley Sofa

I recently purchased a Laura Ashley Sofa bed online. The item was made to order and delivered to me about 3 weeks ago. However the sofa is awful, it is way to hard to be comfortable to sit on for more that half an hour at a time. This was not apparent initially as the cushions were very plump and took time to settle and even though I expected a harder sofa I wasn't expecting a numb bottom. It also creaks when my partner sits down and I don't imagine it will get better over time. I am not happy with the sofa and have contacted LA who are sending a technician to have a look at it. However I am not sure if my not being happy with the quality and feel of the sofa is a reason for them to take it back. Do I have any rights?

1)Cushions have flattened and do not respond to plumping
2)Seat cushions are not thick enough over the bed base to be comfotable.
3)Sofa feels badly made and creaks everytime it is sat on.

Any input would be helpful.

SOGA does cover "satisfactory quality" and "not fit for purpose" but will take into account such things like price paid. I mean you wouldnt expect a £10 microwave to be as good as a £100 one would you?

Wait and see what the technician says. You never know, they may repair/replace without a struggle :)
