Travel Insurance Claim (pregnancy) - help needed please!!

Hi all!!
is there anyone who knows about insurance claims and challenging them? my situation is we have travel insurance and my wife is pregnant so we're not travelling on some flights we have booked..... the insurance policy has a specific list of complications that they cover, none of which my wife is suffering from. Can i challenge this decision based on it being unreasonable that there is only a limited number of conditions that they will cover?? I can get a doctors note that recommends she doesn't travel.
any ideas / suggestions greatly received!!
many thanks

If the policy excludes cancellation due to pregnancy then there's little you can do about it.0

we can cancel provided we have a doctors certificate confirming that it is one of the "complications of pregnancy" listed. Given the very limited list of complications its seem unreasonable therefore fairs ground for a dispute?0

There is nothing to stop you trying to dispute their rejection, but as your policy appears to list fully what it covers, don't hold your breath!0
