advice on parking ticket appeal

I received a ticket for parking on a single yellow line, the line is only about 10 metres and has 2 grey poles either end, on one pole is a sign with times allowed. I have already appealed for the reason the sign with the times allowed was facing toward the pavement and not towards the road as it should be. I have just received a rejection letter and was thinking if i should wait for the NTO and appeal further. I think i do have a case and was surprised they rejected my 1st appeal.. any help would be appreciated

You'll need to post up all of the ticket and letters, and photos of any signage.
