Carlyle Car Finance

Hi,
I have a car loan with carlyle finance but have just found out that i am pay PPI on this loan....news to me! Didn't know that but received a call a company telling me they could reclaim it for me however i told them that i would do it myself. Suprised they knew the details but it has done me a favour! Anyone had any luck with them?? Looking online it is a division of a bank called FirstRand Bank?? Any advice would be welcome....... thanks guys!!

    Well done for having a go yourself.:T At least this way you will get to keep all your refund if successful.

    I have not had dealings with these, but maybe someone have.

    If you've not made a start yet, then all you do is complete a reclaim questionnaire as on step 3 below, send to the ones who sold you the account head office or complaints, remember to keep a copy for yourself as well, good luck.
