sent off forms in may, 16 weeks later got reply saying would refund within 21 days, this was letter dated 30th august.
still no refund into account, when i ring all i get told is they are busy with backlog, now they say will send cheque for interest and put refund back onto loan account ( which after 6 years i only have 3 payments left on ) and still nothing has appeared.
this just seems wrong on so many levels, at this rate they will be taking another monthly payment off me soon.
is there anything i can do.
