I wouldn't go to court as a litigant in person on a matter of this size and likely complexity. You are (almost) bound to lose a perfectly good case. If that will make you go bankrupt, you will then lose your interest in the property. You are better off selling your interest, if only for a song, or possibly even going along with your brother and keeping the property. A halfway house is to sell enough of your interest in the property to raise money for the legal fees.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Sounds a lot, but debts outstrip the amount coming in. Will see what I can do though0
