Can Lloyds Bank be trusted?

On 080911 Lloyds gave me a figure they were prepared to pay me, with interest calculated up to today 051011, which coincidentally was 112 days since THEY took as the start of the 16 week period. They also told me they would amend my o/s loan to reflect cancellation of PPI element. Allow 21 days for that, they said. Latest loan repayment went through 031011 on the old figures. Nothing in the post today.
Does the FOS 16 week deadline for resolving complaint actually include paing up, or just promising to pay.
I am prepared to throw the book at these people.
Does anyone have any other practical advice please?

Hi and welcome
To my knowledge its 16 weeks to the decision.
When did you put in your complaint.
As from September it dropped to 12 weeks, so depending on when you made your complaint really.
