tax reclaim on savings

I was wondering if it is possible to reclaim tax paid on my savings accounts? I have worked abroad for 4 years but never applied for non tax payment. Is it possible to reclaim for the previous years or do I just fill out the form and go for non tax in the future?

Its possible to reclaim tax for previous years if you think you are entitled for tax relief.
I'd start with http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/forms/r40.pdf0 -
If your provider accepts form R105 (they don't have to) you can register for gross payment of interest for future years.
If not, it's between you and HMRC.0 -
Remember that your UK income will probably be taxed in the country where you are ordinarily resident for tax purposes.0
