It can take a few days for the points to be added - I have found it takes 2 - 3 days from when the order was delivered.

Hi, I placed on online order with Tesco yesterday (first time, woo hoo!!) for delivery today.

My order included a few offers and the running total tells me that the discounts have not been applied but will be applied by the driver at delivery.

How does this happen? Does the driver give cash back or vouchers or is the money refunded to your card??

Thanks to anybody who can help.

Also had to say that thanks to this board, I managed to get £15 off my shopping by using one of the codes!! I usually shop at Netto or Kwik Save but think I have managed to do quite well with the Value foods.

    Best wishes

The driver doesn't actually 'do' anything, you will be given a delivery note that lists everything that's been delivered, this will show all of the offers/discounts and the real amount that you've been charged so don't worry, all of the BOGOFs and offers will come off.
If you decline anything on the doorstep then the driver deals with that and it will show on your bank/credit card statement as a credit right underneath the amount they've charged you that shows on your delivery note.

Please can somebody tell me how you stack two codes together???? Do you type both in at the same time with no gaps in between, or what???

    Many thanks.

Just a quick warning to all CC Points collectors, I was in Tesco today and used a load of vouchers (HL, BT + HB) and 1 wouldnt scan, so I went to CS and they added points no problem, they looked at the slip and said "Thats a lot of points to have on" and I had 8000+ points on that CC and the staff member took a note of the CC number (Minus last digit as it was *'d out) and told me she has to Ring Tesco CC and ask them if my accounts are Dodgy as I have a lot of points

Has anyone else had this? I have not done anything illegal, just used extra points vouchers and codes when purchasing things from tesco, so my question is "Can they take points off me because I have "Too Many"??"

As you can see on my sig, I have a hell of a lot of points and if tesco do take them off me, I will be about £620 down! so I will be taking them to court.

I would like some advice on what I should do to prepare for a court case (Gather evidence whilst I can, before they remove points) as a precaution incase they do this.

Any help and advice gratefullt recieved.

    Thanks

    Kev
