righty - just did another wine order - on another account - managed to combine 1000 extra points and £15 off but it now says that the 1500 point code has been used teh max number of times - great while it lasted tho'!!

Little confused with these vouchers, got my quarterly vouchers last month, normally I only bother with the main cash voucher but today I had to buy items that mean't I was able to get rid of some of the extra points vouchers.

my items totaled £16 of which I used the follow:-

£5 off voucher
100 extra points for being a powergen customer
free draw voucher
25 point for purchasing £1 plus of dairy products

but I was handed back a 25 points voucher for fresh fruit purchased over £1 (I bought apples £1.29) and I'm stumped why, it's valid date wise, has my names on it, checkout girl didn't know why.

lakeuk - sometimes the points vouchers just dont do through - even though you have bought the correct product - just go to CS with your receipt and they will add the points on no probs. HTH

Deb, what was the code for the £15 off? I banked the 1500 pts but I cant find the £15 off voucher

The code still works but it is for the wine club and not grocery.

There are some codes for grocery but I dont think they are as good as £15 off £50

The code comes up with a different name to the original one, unless they changed it, this is what my email says...
