Ah similar thing to me then, I was blocked for 24hrs as a result and I had to contact my bank. Tesco done a check and they came back to me and said the card was not in the same name as the CC. I argued for a while and basically I collected the order and still got the 1000 points too.

By him I mean the store manager, I always call up and complain on EVERY order, I have not had 1 "Good Delivery" yet

I even had one where I hadnt been charged and the delivery note said "DO NOT DESPATCH" on it, I called up the store and the person on the phone said "Dont worry about it, What are you complaining about?" Couldnt believe it... I WANTED MY 1000 PTS lol, the order was only £3x and the manager said they prob would send debt collectors round! so I told them to take money again.
