Hi, can anyone tell me when the bonus points on a tesco direct order get added? I placed an order and have not had the bonus points only triple points from tesco direct,

Did the bonus points and the triple points both show up on the invoice you received with the order?
If not then you may need to contact them.
If they're all on there then there's no reason I can think of that they wouldn't all get applied to your account at the same time...

I have exactly the same query. Opened a clubcard credit card 2 months ago and hand over both at the tills, last time the sa said "you don't need to give me both, dosen't mean you'll get the points twice" I told her I knew that but I thought I needed to use both, she shrugged. So I am now also confused, hope someone can put us straight x

This is what I was told, have just got their credit card, you dont need club card anymore. I rang them for this info.

I have had a Tesco credit card for a few years now.
I only ever hand over one card when paying for goods. If paying by credit card I obviously hand over the credit card, however if paying by cash I hand over my clubcard.
I keep my clubcard going as I get two lots of mailings, therefore two lots of extra points vouchers.

A few things

1 - Did it show on your receipt?

2- How did you pay for it? Giftcard!!! Points may take up to a mth to be added for some reason.

how long after sending my your signed written agreement did you recieve your CC? on their site it says within 2 weeks, yet i called yesterday and she said longer.

Same thing happened to me, but the other way around - I've signed up for instore coupons as I live a few minutes' walk away from a store, but they sent me ecoupons. Emailed them to complain - they told me my account was set to receive ecoupons but I'd already logged in to check before I emailed them and it was set to instore vouchers, the liars! They refused to issue me new ones so I wasn't best pleased - the online ones are useless to me as I don't spend enough to make an online shop worthwhile (e.g. I never spend enough money to be able to use a free delivery code - guess I could always stock up on some food with a long use-by date but where I'd keep it all in my little flat I don't know! No point buying stuff for the sake of it either as that defeats the point of trying to save money!)

used a 1000 pts Tesco wine code on £50 spend and also got triple points - does triple mean 'triple the extra 100points as well?'
